This Dvd was released exclusively in Japan and contains a total of 4 discs, 3 Dvd's and one Blu-ray.
The box set comes in a silver box with an additional book titled ' Silent Hill Guide of Chaotic Town'.
Although the book is all in Japanese it appears to contain information about the game to film transformation along with additional information about characters and settings.

This Dvd comes in a cardboard sleeve. I got my hands on this Dvd via a polish website for only £2. It is still sealed, however the disc does contain the same image on the front with the hole in the disc being where Alessa's mouth should be.
This Dvd contains no special features.
Silent Hill Exclusive UK Edition (HMV)
Another Exclusive edition made for the UK however this time it was sold my HMV. With this version of the film the cover shows Rose walking into Silent Hill where as with the regular Uk Edition we see a collection of creatures from the town all gathered together.

Released in 2014 this Steel pack is available through Zavvi and Amazon. It features Rose on the front and back with a full image of the nurses inside. It contains the regular UK Blu Ray with all the same special features.
Although this was a new release I was hoping for additional special features or something new at least but sadly it's the same Blu Ray with new casing.

The best thing about this box set is the Pyramid Head figure! It comes in two parts (blade and figure) and is easily assembled. This set also comes with a double sided poster, 8 art cards and a small booklet containing art work, images and information about the second film.
The Pyramid head figure is also hand numbered at the base. I own figure: 0572/1500. The Revelation Blu ray also comes in a double sided steelbook case.
