New Silent Hill Merchandise Revealed During Konami's Silent Hill Transmission

During Konami's second Silent Hill transmission, not only were we treated to the release date for the Silent Hill 2 remake and a behind the scenes video of Return to Silent Hill, Konami also revealed heaps of new merchandise.

A new Sakura Head Figure from Gecco is coming soon, along with a Mira Coin Bank.

New merchandise from FanAttik includes coin replicas, keychains and pins. A new coaster and mousepad set was also revealed.

And finally Konami Store released a new drop of Silent Hill merchandise, including a brand new Silent Hill 2 James Sunderson jacket.

First Return To Silent Hill Trailer Revealed

During Konami's second Silent Hill Transmission on May 30th 2024, a behind the scenes preview for the upcoming live-action release of Silent Hill 2 was shared (along with the release date for the Silent Hill 2 remake).

However only one day later, Konami shared the very first teaser for Return To Silent Hill and what a trailer it is! It already looks like the upcoming film will be highly faithful to the original game. No release date has been revealed just yet, but a rumoured 2024 release is definitely possible.

Silent Hill 2 Remake Release Date Finally Revealed!

During Konami's second Silent Hill Transmission, the release date for the long awaited Silent Hill 2 Remake was finally revealed!

You'll be able to get your hands on the remake October 8th 2024 and it's available for pre-order right now.

The digital released comes with various bonus extras, including 48 hour early access if pre-ordering the deluxe edition. Game in the UK also have a steelbook available for pre-order too.

Along with the release date being revealed, Konami also shared new merchandise, while also adding a new merch drop to the Konami store, as well as another preview of Return to Silent Hill and an interview with the new character voice actors for Silent Hill 2.

Game in the UK have an exclusive Silent Hill 2 steelbook available for purchase, along with the physical edition of the game too.

The Silent Hill 2 remake is already getting a physical release, but that steelbook might just get you to fork out for a physical copy, instead of the digital editions, which you can also check out below.

Konami Reveal Silent Hill The Short Message! Available For Free Now!

A new Silent Hill game is finally here!

During Sony's Playstation State of Play not only did Konami reveal a new combat trailer for the upcoming remake of Silent Hill 2, but they also finally confirmed that Silent Hill The Short Message is real and it's available to play right now!

"Following messages from her friend Maya, Anita finds herself at a crumbling apartment block, infamous for rumors of suicides.
Drawn inside, Anita soon finds her sense of reality shattered as she encounters bizarre, otherworldly spaces, haunted by a twisted monster.
Maya's message was clear…
"can't leave til you find it"
...but what is it that Anita is really looking for?"

Silent Hill The Short Message is available now exclusively for the Playstation 5. Masahiro Ito has returned to create a brand new creature for the Silent Hill universe, along with series veteran Akira Yamaoka who has returned to create the score for the game too. Check out the trailer below.

During Wednesday's (31/1/24) State of Play, Konami revealed a brand new combat trailer for the upcoming Silent Hill 2 Remake.

Although no release date was revealed, we did get a brief glimpse at the upcoming gameplay style, along with a new look at updated characters and locations.

New Trailer And Artwork For Silent Hill Ascension

A brand new trailer for Silent Hill Ascension has been released along with new artwork too!

The trailer features multiple characters and creatures from the upcoming interactive streaming service, along with a 2023 release window being revealed.

"SILENT HILL: Ascension ‎follows multiple main characters from locations around the world tormented by new and terrifying SILENT HILL monsters. Lurking in the shadows, these monsters threaten to consume people, their children, and entire towns as they're drawn into the darkness by both recent murders and long suppressed guilt and fears.

In SILENT HILL: Ascension ‎the actions of millions will determine the outcome. By the time the last scene streams, which characters have survived? Will those who are left be redeemed, damned, or suffer? Even the project’s creators do not know how SILENT HILL: Ascension ‎will end. Instead, the character’s fates are in the audience’s hands."

Not much is known about Silent Hill Ascension but it appears the game will be streamed online and viewers will be able to vote as to how the game will continue during various scenarios.

Gecco Reveal New James Sunderland Images and Pre-Order!

Gecco have revealed new image and the pre-order for their upcoming James Sunderland Statue.

This statue was previously teased in 2022 and has finally been fully revealed.

James measures approximately 310mm (1/6 scale) and is made from Polystone/Polyurethane. He has been sculpted by Shinya Yamaoka and painted by Katsushige Akeyama.

James comes on a street-style base with health bottles attached and even includes a wooden plank, steel pipe, handgun and the great knife.

This is one of many releases this year from Gecco. They have previously revealed Maria, a new Pyramid Head statue and even the Missionary from Silent Hill 3.

Konami Announce 4 New Silent Hill Games And New Movie!

The wait is finally over and Konami have revealed not one but four brand new Silent Hill games that will be released in the near future. Surprisingly Konami have revealed that Silent Hill 2 is getting the remake treatment!

Although I personally would have loved to have seen a remake of the original Silent Hill, this is still very exciting news and the trailer and screenshots released so far look amazing.

Konami didn't stop there though and also revealed another 3 games, a new film and even new merchandise too.

No release date has been revealed for any of the latest announcements however Silent Hill 2 has been confirmed to be a 12 month PS5 exclusive and will also see the return of Akira Yamaoka and Masahiro Ito. The game will also be available on steam too.

Silent Hill Coming To Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals

Glowstick Entertainment have announced that Silent Hill is coming to Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals this February!

The game launched via Steam in November 2020 and is a multiplayer horror game where players can play as Monsters or Mortals who fight each other within different mazes in the game.

The new Silent Hill DLC for the game hasn't been given an official release date yet, but as it's already February you can expect it to drop any day now.

Gecco Announce New Mini Robbie The Rabbit Figures Available In Six Different Colours

Gecco have revealed that six new mini Robbie the Rabbit figurines will be available later this year!

You'll be able to get your hands on these new 9.5cm high Robbies in White, Pink, Yellow, Green, Purple and Blue. A stretcher is also available (priced at $17.99) for you to recreate famous Silent Hill scenes featuring the mascots from the Lost Memories: The Art and Music of Silent Hill Dvd.

Each figure has a different weapon, with the pink Robbie being the only figure with two.
