Return to Silent Hill was officially revealed by Konami on October 19th 2022. 

The upcoming movie will be a reboot of the Silent Hill movie franchise and will not continue on from the previous two films. Christophe Gans is set to return as the director. 

No release date has been revealed yet however story details have been revealed in the video below. It appears the film will be heavily inspired by Silent Hill 2. 

On May 30th 2024 during Konami's second Silent Hill Transmission a brief behind the scenes video of the making of for Return to Silent Hill was shared and a day later the first teaser trailer was also revealed on May 31st 2024.
