All but one character from Silent Hill 2 appears in the Pachinko machine game. Angela Orosco is the only character missing from the game, as to why this is unknown. As you can see from the images below the characters do not look exactly like how they used to in the original game.

According to the translation from the official website, the Chariot is a large creature that appears to look somewhat like a horse drawn carriage. He has legs as well as wheels and two large weapons. He uses spin attacks to harm his prey.
